How do I choose a reliable builder these days?
Hey folks, I’m finally diving into building a custom home and really want to get it right. I found Home Builder in Kelowna while searching around, and they seem promising. But you know how it is—websites always show the best side. Has anyone here worked with them or can share what I should be asking before moving forward with any builder? I’d love to avoid major regrets later.

From what I’ve seen, the key is finding a builder who treats your home like it’s theirs. Doesn’t matter how fancy their portfolio is—if they don’t show real care for your input, you’ll be fighting uphill the whole way. Ask how they handle unexpected changes, and how often they communicate. Building a custom home is more about the relationship than the materials, honestly. Trust and transparency make or break the whole thing.
